Stavangerbandets nye skive forklares slik: «With heavy rhythms, melancolic riffs and lyrics that dig deep into the hardships and desperation of human existence, the album is a journey through time. Bandnavnet tar de fra et fjell. «…a mountain with a dark rumoured past in the birthplace of two of the band members – Ask and Bior. The word Uburen is based on old Norse, and can not be directly translated into English, but its meaning would be carried out or cast out.
